Continuous Localization Products

Serge

SERGE (String Extraction and Resource Generation Engine) is a translation automation tool built and open-sourced by Evernote specifically for continuous localization. It is free and unsupported. It was built in combination with its own TMS/CAT tool (Zing) but it also integrates with other TMS via plugins. It's theoretically possible to develop a plugin to integrate to translation vendors directly but none are provided. There is a Smartcat integration out-of-the-box and Smartcat integrates with few vendors, but selection is limited. Here's a CL example using Serge and Smartcat.

Special mention

Gengo

Gengo was one of the early LSP that offered a web service API as one of the primary ways to submit content for translation. This may allow to build a CL solution but requires custom code to be written for integration.
